## CountStars

|
### Instructions
|
|
|
|
Write a function called `CountStars` that counts the stars up to a number given as an argument.
|
|
|
|
- If the number is negative or equal to 0, return "`No stars`"
|
|
- No need to manage overflow.
|
|
|
|
